2. Please fill out all the necessary information: 

• Child's Information

• Parents' Information

• Records (allergy/medical notes) 

• Enrolment Information (Preferred Start Date) 

  • Rainbow Village provides only a Full-Time option (Mon-Fri) 

• Check the Subsidy option if applicable. 

• Any additional notes (optional). If you are interested in having a tour, please mention in the box.

3. Check off “I am human” and complete the required confirmation.

 

4. Send request.

 

5. You should receive a confirmation email. Once your application has been reviewed, the admin team will be in touch with you for the next steps.
