Staff Qualifications

Rainbow Village Daycare Centre is dedicated to maintaining skilled and experienced staff at the centre. All our staff members are either Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECE’s) or have obtained Early Childhood Assistant Certificate from the local colleges. They have many years of experience working in the field of child care and highly motivated to upgrade their professional skills and knowledge.
 
In addition, we ensure that all staff members have the following information on file:
· Updated Health Form
· Criminal Reference Check
· Child and Infant CPR & First Aid Certificate
· Food Handling Certificate
· Signed program statement implementation policy
 
As a proud member of Raising the Bar in Peel, all our staff are required to attend workshops on and off-site to maintain relevant educational programming and teachings. Rainbow Village Day Care Centre invests in their continuing education through professional development workshops and other learning opportunities to upgrade their skills.
